Answers to some frequently asked questions….
How long will it take to get my artwork?
I will try my best to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. I typically manage to ship smaller prints and paintings within 3 business days and larger prints and paintings within 5-6 business days depending on packing needs. For details see my SHIPPING & RETURNS page.
What about returns?
Of course I hope that you love your new piece and I have never had a collector return artwork yet. However, if you don't absolutely love the piece, I offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. For details see my SHIPPING & RETURNS page.
Is your artwork archival?
Yes! I use the highest quality artist grade paints and canvases for my paintings and my prints are printed on thick, museum quality 300gsm paper.I use pigment (not dye) inks that are guaranteed archival and light fast.
What kind of papers do you print on?
All my prints come printed on thick,(300gsm) matte finish bright fine art paper. It is my favorite paper, with incredible color fidelity and detail. The prints look and feel gorgeous. If you would like to order prints on a gloss or velvet paper or other substrate get in touch and I can get you a quote.
I have specific colors or shapes in mind. Do you do custom work?
Absolutely! My digital work is very customize-able and commissions for new pieces are always welcome. Just get in touch and let me know what it is you have in mind.
There is a piece I love, but I wish it was smaller/bigger. Can I get it in a different size?
You absolutely can! One of the nice things about my digital work is that it can be printed at any size without compromising resolution or quality.
Do you work with interior designers?
I do indeed, and I offer a 20% trade discount for design professionals. Click here to go to my FOR THE TRADE page.
What is a limited edition print?
Limited edition means that I only print a certain number of any particular print. For example, I typically print 20 of each of my coded art prints. I print 10 of the 20x20” size and 10 of the 30x30”. Each print is numbered (ie. 3 of 10) and signed on the front. Once the edition is sold I will not print any more runs of that image.
I do occasionally offer smaller open edition prints which are not signed and have no number.
Do you license your work?
Yes I do. Lets talk!
